Physician Assistant

Jenn Geller is a physician assistant that recently joined Vail Integrative Medical Group. She has over 25 years of experience dealing with musculoskeletal injuries. She grew up in Montana and northern Nevada where she was an avid skier as well as volleyball and basketball player. She went to the University of Colorado at Boulder where she played volleyball and majored in Kinesiology. She was a student athletic trainer at CU and helped take care of hundreds of varsity athletes. She lived in the Vail Valley one summer during college and loved the mountain lifestyle. After graduating in 1995, she obtained her masters degree in Kinesiology at California State University Hayward (now Eastbay). While completing her degree, she worked as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of California, Berkeley and provided care to numerous athletes in 27 varsity sports.

After completing her Masters degree in 1997, Jenn left Berkeley for Nashville, Tennessee where she worked as an assistant athletic trainer at Vanderbilt University. She worked with women’s soccer and lacrosse and was able to travel quite a bit throughout the SEC and east coast. Living in the south was fun but when the opportunity arose to return to Montana, she took it. She became as assistant athletic trainer at the University of Montana, Missoula in 1998. She was an instructor in the CAAHEP-accredited athletic training program, taught three university courses, was a member of the eating disorders task force, was an AED/BLS instructor, and provided sports medicine coverage for hundreds of varsity athletes. She took advantage of living in Montana and enjoyed being closer to her parents who have a cherry orchard on Flathead Lake. Jenn worked with the Grizzlies for five years before deciding to become a physician assistant.

Jenn returned to Colorado to go back to school. She entered the Red Rocks Community College Physician Assistant program in 2004 and finished the program in 2006. After becoming board certified, she worked for a neurologist for three years. She then worked with Scott Raub, DO, at Vail Summit Orthopaedics for nine years. She specialized in non-surgical spine care and pain management and learned a great deal from Dr Raub. She left in June 2018 to spend more time with her family.

Jenn joined Vail Integrative Medical Clinic in October 2018 and is really excited to be a part of the staff. She is eager to help patients regain their strength, function and confidence. She believes in working collaboratively with various providers including chiropractors, physical therapists, physicians and massage therapists.

Jenn is married to her husband, Ryan, and they have two phenomenal boys who keep them quite busy. She has lived in the Vail Valley since 2006 and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
