Daniel Young DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

I am from a small northern town in Michigan, and also grew up in Colorado and Minnesota with my dad being in the Air Force. I graduated from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI with my Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science in 2012. I attended physical therapy school at the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA and earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in August of 2018.

Growing up playing football, hockey, and baseball in an organized fashion, and just about every other sport possible in a recreational setting, I have always tried to stay active. Throughout my athletic career, I was fortunate enough to never have suffered an injury requiring therapy or rehabilitation, but that recovery process always interested me and was what sparked my interest in the physical therapy profession.

It has been a dream come true to make it back to Colorado and be able to work in the Vail Valley. I look forward to meeting everyone who can fill me in on the best spots to hike or ride my mountain bike and snowboard, share the secret tips on local golf courses, and to work with you to get you back to the activities you love. Lions and Tigers and Avs, oh my!
